Purpose
Section titled “Purpose”The Governance Module handles decision-making, authority management, roles, and change processes for cooperation infrastructure and federated organizations.
Problem
Section titled “Problem”Organizations tend to accumulate power, opacity, corruption, and empty rituals as they grow. This design needs transparent, exit-compatible, and forkable governance.

Relationship to Other Modules
Section titled “Relationship to Other Modules”Governance connects to all modules because it defines how rules change. It should not arbitrarily control welfare or economic access.
Initial Notes
Section titled “Initial Notes”Early governance should use Issues, Pull Requests, Proposals, and Decisions as a lightweight process.
